Good evening!

I hope everyone had a great day! My day started very early, 3 am early. I know, right? But that's part of my job and that's ok with me.

Just jumping on to reintroduce my blog, "It's a New Day".  I started a few years ago and it just dropped off. I lost interest I guess. Honestly, I still do not know at all what I am doing, lol. But I will do like I always do, be me.

I think that's what I want to do with this platform. In this world we live in today it's always rush, rush. Hurry up, go to the next appointment, meeting, child's(ren) game or performance. Sometimes during all that we may lose ourselves, especially women. I know, been there done that. Although my children are grown and gone now, I still see women; myself included, trying to keep up with what society says we should be, look like and act like. Which is totally a lie!

It has taken me 46 years to finally be comfortable in my own skin. I hope and pray that this blog will bring joy and laughter about everyday life. That being a mom during the at home years and the empty nest years, it's a tough job in all the different years. Plus, it looks different on different women. But mostly it's completely OK to be different, God made us different and unique.
